Both orders took forever to get. My nuggets were burnt & my buddies big Mac was so thrown together, all the meat & toppings were under the first bun in a pile. Get it together fellas. The service was good, the kitchen just got their heads in their asses.
The food was hot and fresh BUT....They were out of ice and ketchup in the lobby. It was close to the lunch rush. I let them know and they gave me packets of ketchup and then went to smoke .
This is the worst McDonald's!! Long waits. Foods wrong.
The whole place is a joke! Staff is rude, one was eating while cooking. They need to figure out what a mop and broom are, and learn how to use it!
