Yesterday I visited at 130 to get foreign currency for a trip next week. I was charged $15 for it to be overnighted, "it will be here Tomorrow". The order did not get put in until today, I may not get something I need in time because someone put off doing their work.
I've been with this bank since 2012. I love all the staff there. They really make effort to know the people who bank with them. Very friendly all the time.
